Why is this song on the purchase list if we can not purchase it or download it or transfer from the other game?

This should now become fair game for all.

    During the re-negociation of the contract between Ubisoft and the right holder of this song for the transfer to Rocksmith 2014, no agreement where found leaving that song unavailable on Rocksmith 2014. The song still being playable on the original Rocksmith and the fact that any legal issue with Ubisoft (or any other big company that would want us gone) would mean the end of this site we don't want to take risk on those songs that didn't transfer over.

     

    Even if it seems unfair, it is this way for good reason that i hope you understand.
