record video with sound in Rocksmith 2014

I can not record video with the sound in Rocksmith 2014. I used Nvidia Shadowplay. Video is recorded good, but there is no sound. I tried to reinstall the codecs, try other recording software (fraps, bandicam). I have an external sound card ASUS Xonar essence One, I thought it was because of it, but when USB-headphones are connected software also does not records audio.

what could be the problem? how to make Nvidia Shadowplay work properly? or how can I record video with sound in Rocksmith?
