EoF Importing incomplete score from gp5

Featured Replies

Hello, this is my first time experiencing something like this in EoF where whenever I import the track it adds something that isn't in the track and most notes are missing from the track.

My guess would be that it's related to the measures (like measure 9 in the image) that have more notes (total duration, 9 eighth notes) than makes sense for the time signature. Don't know why that would manifest at measure 59, but that's the first thing I'd look into. Fixing those either via grace notes or by changing the whole note to some tie with a total value of 7 eighth notes.

I found what was causing this: Guitar Pro was defining the note rhythm using tuplets of 0 divisions. This makes absolutely no sense, and is probably a bug with Guitar Pro, but I added handling to ignore this if it is found. It now imports without the unexpected chord at the beginning and the tablature seems to import normally.

Do you know how this GP5 file was created? Was it made by Guitar Pro 6? A third party program like TuxGuitar?

I manually created this from pdf and input it to gp5 also I tried recreating this again by opening a new one then copy pasting the notes and the results are the same

Give it a try with the new hotfix I posted this evening.  I couldn't reproduce the problem anymore.

Work's perfectly now thank you very much!
