Strange Tuning Issues

To summarise what I mean. I mean. This song, Megaman X3 Intro has apparently got a G Standard tuning. Yet. Playing it on C standard makes it sound awful. Not sure why.

So the tuning is:

A#2

F2

C2

G1

What is this tuning and how would I get this to work in Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit? By getting it to work, I mean, what tuning do I choose and customize when editing the bass path, or am I doing it wrong? 

And apparently lead guitar is C standard.

I just want to get the tunings correct because I've never come across anything like this.
