God of Guitar is a new idea for lead participants. Whenever extremely difficult song (rating 10 or above) will be selected it will be named a God of Guitar challange and other song will be selected for MasterClass lead. Winner of GoG song will be awarded with shiny trophy that he/she will hold until losing in another God of Guitar challange.

Please, don`t hate me, it only my personal taste. :) I unlike this song, so boring to play, don`t feel melody, terrible "solo" in mid on ADG strings, sounds like random notes in some scale. Hard for practice. But i will try.

The simplicity is nice. I think I'm fit for Bass Masterclass... I think. I guess if I'm not I'll just be ranked down to fit anyway.

 

Lead... I'm only so good, so I think I'll go with intermediate.

 

For Rhythm, I'll go with Advanced class. I'll get to playing that challenge later as a new quarter starts today and I have, like, an hour before class starts.

 

Does that work? Did I do it right? Does this please the Rocksmith CS gods?

Finally break 100%, every time some of notes was missed (it take a few hours). Nice a song.

Bugger!  I just got another 99.42% on Come on Eileen, so absolutely nothing to report here. :(

@@NeroBron You should consider that sometimes song may not really belong to a class. Check those little numbers in leaderboard beside the class name. Proper difficulty ratings are 1-3 for Beginner, 4-5 for Intermediate, 6-7 for Advanced and 8-10 for MasterClass (with 10 lead songs being a God of Guitar challange). So in example Better by G'n'R on rhythm is an Intermediate song but is played in Advanced class.

It's not that complicated :lol:

Canne concentrate on anything more complex?  In my world, that's as complex as it gets.  Anything beyond is just a blur and I'm hitting random notes in blind hope.

i started on the Bass song - long live the king which was just as well as i couldn't get a decent score on the Rhythm on the same song or The lead on Come on Eileen.

 

it looks very much as if i'll be riding through the gates pillion with Deathryder again .......

 

and i won't be posting any screen shots of the Lead and Rhythm until i can score over 70%...........

its going to be a harder week than last week me thinks...... :unsure:

@@missis sumner Thanks! I hope I gws too because I'm supposed to be going out this weekend for the first time since december... I'd have said the same about Dexy's too 6 months ago tbh :) I'd have probably given up in a tangle of flappy phalanges but seems lately my hands are getting a little better at articulating what I see onto the fretboard. It'll happen to you soon I reckon you're not far off MC, and you'll get a massive sense of euphoria when it hits :D

I canne get Silverchair to register the notes. I've tried both bass' in varying gradients of the drop D tuning and it just doesn't pick them up :( Which is a shame because I loikes a bit of silverchair I do :(

Me too @, no screen shots before a few days... can play his song at only 65% of the regular speed  :huh:...  Welcome in intermediate !  ;)

Ah, that makes sense. In that case, I'll just start with intermediate on both Rhythm and Lead if that's alright.

 

I'd still like to start in Masterclass on Bass, though, again, if that's alright.

no way to play this in SA, sometimes note recognition from start is so poor that all notes get missed :blink: although correct played. New calibration and retuning didn't help.
