Tool Kit not starting after upgrad to OSX 10.11.4

Anyone else having this ?

The app did not start on 10.11.4 (latest version from last Monday)

same here.  Does not start....just bounces.

 

I take that back.  It takes a long time the first time and then works fine. ;)
