Dumb question I know, but after running a few searches I still haven't found a solid answer.  I'm guessing it's a title for a person who's put a lot of time into making quality charts?

It's just a group for people that have a least one CDLC available. There's no quality control or anything.

If there's no quality control, what is the point or benefit of being a Magna Charter? 

 

because you will be distinguished as more than a "regular user" , have your name enblazened in finest green and automatically pass the cbr check so you can adopt from the orphanage.
