Oh and another question what are the exercises on the champion ship page?? are they better then guitarcade for practice? Or should I focus on learn a song more?

The CS is the exact place you wanna be to proceed quickly.The competition will force you to have quite a number of plays on tracks you otherwise would have never played. You don´t have to master a song before joining - come over and try to master the beginners song there. CUR.
