registration issues

I created my user in the forums about a year ago, I was never able to log in, I tried to reset my password the first time with no luck, again i reseted it today and it still doesnt work, tried to reset it a third time today but now i get an error message that says my user doesnt exist, can you please help me out here. You can even just create a random password for the user in the ACP, maybe activate the account and send me that password to the email associated with the account, the reset system doesnt seem to be working.

 

Also a side note, the facebook log in is not working.
