Rocksmith 2014 Issues

So some idiot has hacked my Steam account, I can't play RockSmith 2014. Is there anyway to play without using Steam? I rely on my music and guitar so much, following my brain surgery guitar keeps me sane and I think is slowing my degenerating memory, I guess the hacker would never know or indeed care I'm recovering from 2 operations for brain tumours, but I need to get back on it, as I'm starting to feel pretty F'ing low.

 

Any help would be great.
