Hi Guys. I have a few issues that i need help with, so i came here, hoping that one of you will help me. Thanks in advance! Anyways, let me share my troubles with you.  So I've downloaded a few songs that are supposed to be played with an Acoustic-Guitar since i am using Acoustic-Electric Yamaha.

 

-I have purchased the "Smashing Pumpkins" DLC in order to avoid having to sign every CDLC manually since the signing program is very buggy on osx. 

 

-I put all the songs in the appropriate directory which is the "dlc" directory within "steamapps/common/"

HERE IS WHAT THE FOLDER LOOKS LIKE WITH THE SONGS IN IT:

-I then opened steam and used the RockSmith Injector to start RockSmith 2014 but only 4 of the custom DLC appeared. Let me show you below:

-I open the Smashing Pumpkins dlc and all is dandy but then i open the other CDLC, all that appears is this:

I really have no idea what to do at this point. I appreciate any help guys. Thanks!

The Smashing Pumpkins dlc that you must purchase is "Cherub Rock" it appears that you do not have that song in your dlc folder. Pretty much ALL cdlc will use the Cherub Rock ID code, pretty sure that's your problem.

Thank you. I purchased that DLC and the issue is now gone. Thanks a lot! Also, one more thing. Is there a way to sort songs so that all the DLC and CDLC appear on top rather than remain scattered throughout the whole list?

Nop CDLC and DLC are considered the same inside RS. You can always use the different sorting option and the keyboard shortcut to quickly move around the library.

I have a problem I have not see listed: I have been able to load CDLC songs into Rocksmith2014 and all is well up until after I tune...the song does not start to play. The speakers are shown and my guitar plays through the speakers but the song does not play. Any info?
