Mac help with freeze

Hi, I on Mac and I  have increasingly freezing problems with the game, and so I want  to disinstall it. What is the procedure to folllow to not really having problems with reinstallation later? My copy of Rocksmith is on dvd purchased on Amazon. Thanks

    Hi, I am also having these issues and unfortunately I am yet to find a solution. I'm sorry I couldn't help but at least you know you're not alone with these freezing problems.
