Cannot Connect to Ubisoft Servers

Okay, I must be doing something wrong.

 

I tried to get CustomsForge worlking and then I noticed it reset the progress on all my songs.  Then I tried running with the Rocksmith Patcher because the game would not start normally.

 

Now I have been trying to start the game but now it can not connect to the Ubisoft servers.  Boo.

 

I deleted everything and am doing a fresh install.  Anyone ever have something like this happen to them?
