how to install and use CDLC

i watched all the tutorial videos i could find and cannot get it to work. i cannot even find the song id in the CDLC section. not a single song has an id. please help. a new video would be very beneficial to noobs as so much has changed

    Nothing has changed.   Just buy "Cherub rock" and you don't have to care about any song id.

    If you still want to find the song id then you should download the toolkit.  https://www.rscustom.net/

    Just import the song there and you can see and change the id.
