Open Strings not registering on Capo'd CDLC I created (Open G)

I created Rolling Stones - Happy as a cdlc which is in Open G and capo'd at the 4th fret. All chords and notes register fine except for open string chords (if that makes sense). 

 

Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Everything else is ready to go.
