Anyway, nice selctrions again this week. Sixteen Saltines was the first tune I 100%'d when I got rocksmith :)

Dropkick Murphys I've been waiting for for ages, such a cool song.

Really digging the new Megadeth stuff, never really been a fan but what I've heard from Dystopia has been excellent.

Mr Bungle, well less said the better really :)

@ The jump from advanced to MC is just too much for me :(

There's a much greater difference is difficulty between a song rated 8 and one rated 10 than between a 6 and an 8.

 

Nevertheless I'll just have to man up and start practicing more lead guitar - I'll stick with MC if that's ok.

Seems your technique very very good, you managed many a song to 100% with trick parts, RS like you sounds :)

Well, not quite, sometimes I leave the game running in the background while I do other things, but it's still a sizeable number of hours :)

 

I've been playing guitar on and off for a good few years, although I really only started to improve when I got RS.

Can someone convert the Megadeth song to Mac for me?  I'm getting "Thread Exception", repeatedly, even on my more reliable version of the Tool.  :(

Seems Bass by Megadeth same difficult as bass of mr. Bungle, but mr. Bungle not so fast and learnable. May be need change, MD to MC, m.B to Adv?

First half is rough on my fretting hand, second half is rough on my plucking hand.

 

Also made a mac version for @@missis sumner. I modified some things (scroll speed and bass tone) and think clicked "yes" to changing the arrangement numbers by accident, so they'll be on a separate leaderboard.

I wouldn't disagree with switching them as @ has suggested. Ars Moriendi definitely has some difficulties due to changing FHP and/or strings quickly and has many different components, but I don't find it too hard as far as Rocksmith goes (playing everything cleanly and exactly on rhythm would be quite a different challenge, though). Fatal Illusion has the one really difficult riff, a couple of moderately hard ones, and is quite fatiguing. They're definitely two very different types of challenges, and I'll be happy working on either one (or more likely, both).

I've thrown you back to Advanced Rhythm @Roddie. Though if you'll keep on spamming I'll throw you to MC.

@ MD bass 8+, about mr. may be too 8, but not sure need more plays, on first look it seems learnable, there no crazy speed. hard riffs in MD im sure impossible for me play without miss.

 

upd. but personally i prefer MD in Adv, bcs of want learn rhythm MD (and a bit lead), and learnable bass mr.B in MC:)
