I'm getting this security check page a lot - have I missed something?

Same for my provider and lots of other "homebrew" sites, sometimes it's google who asks me to validate my humanity, I guess my ISP fault in this, but I'd like to know more about this too.

The page(s) use a CDN and your IP or Proxy is probably flagged.

 

I got a new router from my ISP yesterday which is when all this kicked off, so that would make sense. If it gets too annoying I'll try making some tweaks. Thanks for the explanation.
