It is going fine, this semester was a hard one, but I've managed with all of the deals. I've bought a guitar to be able to play in university campus, haven't installed rocksmith and were focused a lot on learning songs: now I can play a bunch of Judas Priest tunes by memory with only backing track ;) Also I found playing along youtube backing tracks much more enjoyable than rocksmith jam mode, advice everyone to try tracks from this channel.

 

I've broken sixth string yesterday on my guitar, so I suppose my next score submission will be next year :)

Advanced Lead - 91%, 66 streak

First time I heard that song was cover by Groove Coverage on some Top30 TV show over a decade ago. Then I learned about the original by Alice and never looked back. Very fun to play and sing along :D

 

Intermediate Lead - 99.81%, 353 streak

How about that @Rodie? :lol: 1-2 misses, always in other part of the song, I'm just way too nervous.

It looks like cool kids are in Advanced now :P

 

Intermediate Rhythm - 100%, 441 streak, 1.386.800 score

After so many play I can say that it's not bad. I like rhythm more then lead, except for the solo, that's cool part of the lead.

I think there is a little issue with the timing, maybe?

 

I haven't tried the inter bass, as I'd have to retune, but I'm pleased with this:

I'm now aiming for 97% in all my first goes on advanced (I can dream). :)

for some reason some notes are not in the same string and fret on the rhythm.  G9 is played on B5.   Just makes it harder when you already learned it the lead way. And on some places it changes back to G9.  Better of ignoring the notation and try it to play it the way i already can.

Sad news everyone, the mighty Lemmy Kilmister passed away today
