Help with moderating topics in social group

As the administrator of our social group, I can't seem to find a way to move topics or messages from one forum to an appropriate one.  Hopefully, I'm just missing something obvious?

    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
