Dling songs that already have been released.

I recently lost my steam account and I had about 100 dollars of rocksmith on it. I made a new account about 3-4 months ago after getting a no go on my main steam account. I rebought rocksmith 2014 and a few dlc songs. But to get a lot of others songs I have to buy more dlc or buy rocksmith 1 again as well. 

 

Is there not a way I can dl previous dlc? Who are you that stingy on blocking them from us?
