I made a CDLC and tried adding DD but it seems that when i increase the level some notes disappears, I have no idea why.
I'm using Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit v2.6.0.0 to add the dynamic difficulty with all of the sittings at default.

 

Anybody had this problem? any idea how to fix?  

You could try to re-snap the notes before saving in EoF.

 

I believe that DDC does cut notes in some circumstances (not 100%), usually because the have been left in a mess by the author and it would cause problems (like milliseconds before the start of a new section, instead of being bang on the section).

 

Open your EoF project, make sure grid snap is enabled (think its in the Edit menu), hit Crtl+A then Ctrl+Shift+R, and if all goes well it may work a lot better.

 

If you have been moving gems to sync the song instead of using the beat markers this is the likely cause and may not fix easily using the re-snap method.

If you're using the resnap function in EOF on an entire track difficulty, make sure the grid snap setting is something high like 1/48 or else lots of notes could end up being moved more than you'd want.

 It seems that your sections and phrases don't start on the first beat of a measure.

 Can you move each section and phrase in EOF, then generate again the DD with DDC ?
