No, big one on my fretting ring and a smaller one on fretting index. The plucking index has one starting though.

 

I'm currently at 24 full playthroughs of that song. I might have over done it... :D

@@Gamut, I'm going to get you a latch for your closet/wardrobe, you've no idea how uneasy slightly ajar doors make me feel :) at least it was mostly obscured by your head. Great playing though, makes a world of difference when I can see folks hands and observe their techniques. I spent hours a day for almost a year just watching videos of people playing bass before I even got mine :) so thankyou for the vids!

 

@@firekorn, excellent! You sound proper metal! Until the bubble sound effects go off in SA :D great stuff!

Got 95.5 in SA. Tried to get at least 96 in SA. Failed out three times.

Another week with a mix of joy and frustration. Joy about surviving another week in MC Bass and a descent score on IM Lead - and frustration over recognition in IM Rythm. It's a mix of "Perfect phrase" and red crosses - though I believe myself hearing and playing at the same level the whole tune.

 

I believe it is due to strumming on a guitar that is tuned down to D (playing single notes works ok - look at my score for Lead) - that in combination with the Single Coil pick-ups on my Stratocaster (going up one size to thicker strings helped though)...

 

I may have to expand my guitar collection with another guitar - now with humbucker pick-ups (or maybe some other technology). Any recommendations out there? I am looking for a descent price on the second hand market... :-)
