You could try lowering the "songLength" value (which is defined in seconds) in the XML files after EOF writes those files and before they're used in the toolkit. Otherwise you may need to edit the audio files themselves. If you edit guitar.ogg (such as by using Audacity to delete some of the audio from the end of the file) and delete the WAV file EOF created, EOF will recreate the WAV file automatically the next time you save your project.
