[Stable][v.1.0.0.9] Songmanager export

Description: If a song has the value N/A in the author filed the export fails with an exception that the column is missing - I guess it might be the same with other columns if the values are not set in older versions of a custom.
 
System Info: 
OS: Windows 7 x32 Enterprise SP1
.NET Version: 4.5.2
No OS Customization
 
Reproduction steps:
1. Start the app and wait for it while it rescans your CDLCs
2. Go to Songmanager tab
3. Select custom (or is the export for all songs in the setlist?) where at least one custom the author field is not set and has the value N/A
4. Push the export button - the export format does not matter
