First just want to say this is a awesome community. Have RS for 360 recently decided to make the switch to the PC version. Mainly for the CDLC, which I'd like to be able to make some of in the future.

On to my question and sorry if this is a dumb question or if it's not respectful to do, but I was wondering is it possible to take a song somebody uploaded without DD and add DD to it? And if so how hard would that be? I may be wrong but from what I think I understand is that, DD is done pretty much automatically via the RS ToolKit, correct? But if it is a automated process, why don't all songs automatically have it?

Yes it can be added via the toolkit.

Respectfull is quite varying for everyone, some wouldn't care at all other will.

Not everybody add it for many reason :

- Some people don't like DD so they don't add it more by principle than anything

- Some doesn't care and it's easier to not do something than doing it

- Some CDLC are too bad to get a good DDC process with the toolkit

Know that even if it's automated the end result might vary on quality (or fail) depending on the CDLC quality in the first place so if you decide to add it by yourself be aware that the result might be far from perfect.

As a side note you can always ask the charter to add it himself, some might be happy to help :)
