preview button doesn't work

hello i'm using a pc with windows 8 and i try to listen a song with the preview button but it doesn't work. do i need to install something or what

    @Math2001 Hello there! I'm sorry to here you have problems and I am running on Windows 8.1 here and have no problems. The preview button really deponds on whether the uploader has added a youtube video on the record which might be the problem for you and I've seen this on plenty of customs uploaded on here. It doesn't sound like you would have any other problems on your computer so that is what i can say from my viewpoint.

    hello i find my problem it was a trojan how uncheck a box in the chrome setting. you need to check the box run all plug in
