Hi There,

Using Guitar Pro 6 and lately I have seen a lot of tab files ending in GPX. Rather than .gp5, .gp4, .gp3 etc.

My problem is EOF doesn't "see" those files in the directory. I tried save as in GP but it won't let me save in an earlier version. Anyone has a solution?

Yes, exporting to a GP5 file will work perfectly, unless there's some GP6 exclusive features in the tab - in which case those will not export.
