Hi Guys I am new to this scene.  I am trying to convert a couple songs from PC to PS3 format for my son.

 

I keep getting this exception and I was wondering if somone could give me an idea of what I need to do to fix it.

You need the lastest java x86 installed on you machine.

 

If you read the information in your printscreen you will see instructions and where is the problem.

I already had  jre 7u51 64 bit  installed and double checked to make sure I had the java path set in PATH. I am still getting the error.

The error message is: "You have to install Java SE 7 (x86)". You have to install the 32 bit variant of java to create PS3 files.

I have a problem with converting CDLC to ps3 format.Please look error in the picture below:

I try to convert to xbox360/mac format and it's work. Only when  I try do this to ps3 format it's not work.

I was install java x86

What I must to do?

I uninstall all Java an install one more time Java SE Runtime Environment 7 x86 and still nothing:

I may have installed the wrong java?

but converted file to ps3 cdlc not exist.

It should be next to the file whose Converting?

The problem is that it does not make it -file don't create.

Now I have information that DLC was converted from PC tp PS3 but file not exist :(

@@wikariusz, run toolkit under Administrator. i think it's OS issue

@@Alex360, I run it as administrator an still nothing :(

Please give me link to your Java, maybe with Java is something wrong.

What does someone with an iMac have to do to get toolkit working? Please dont reply with a technical jargon answer. Im a total newb at this. Thanks

Really? What is Mono and why is it required? Other than mono what else is needed? Do these programs have to be running when opening the tool? Thanks

@@Spartacus GR77, you probably don't know what google is, because you could simply google your questions, here we go:

2. http://www.mono-project.com/docs/about-mono/supported-platforms/osx/

(some folks said that mono 3.4 works fine, but not 3.8)

Also for PS3 support we need Java installed. At Mac you can use:
dlcconverter, packer\unpacker, CDLC2TAB(you'd better use fogher's gui instead), inlays\screens toolkit.
If you can run windows apps you can try to use windows build instead of mono build
