March 6, 201412 yr Should be fine (I think... lemme know guys if I'm missing anything) So long as you are able to transfer EOF+Hotfixes, WWise, and toolkit to the PC. After you create the psarc files just upload them through your phone again. You'll also need the audio file on the PC too, ripped from a CD or however you wanna do it. IF you are gonna use goplayalong you'll need that on the PC (as far as I know it doesn't connect to the web) and if you are gonna import tabs you'll need that too.
