Had to upgrade to windows 10.. though I doubt that has anything to do with this error. 

 

I am getting it when I try to generate the package.

Now it says my wwise is incompatible or something, but I tried using BOTH 2013 and 2014 and i get the same error.

Have you tried converting the audio directly in Wwise? Seems like the error is caused by the toolkit not playing nice with Wwise.

I fixed it.. well I didn't fix it..I just rolled back the toolkit to the download version without updating it. I tried doing it directly with Wwise and I tried using the toolkit to do it.. both got the same error... so I said fuck it and just rolled the version back.
