My game has gone completely bonkers xD

Featured Replies

Okay, so I can't even play Rocksmith anymore and I have no idea why this is happening. I get no sound from the guitar whatsoever, yes I have checked the knobs and it works when I connect it to an amp, I even raised the cable gain to 10 db, I raised the volume levels in Windows, NOTHING WORKS. I can't even calibrate my guitar, it just goes up and down when it says "make some noise". I tried reinstall the cable drivers,  I tried reinstalling the game, doesn't help. What the hell happened? Haha.

HELP!!!

Yeah. Also I have no sound effects in-game, like the voice over and when you navigate the menu, and everything in the mixer is set to 100. I have no idea how this even happened... my game is completely unplayable. :(

Have you try to restore default settings? Sorry, i don't have any better idea,i had a similar problem before,my guitar sounds was realy weird and bad.I restored the default settings and that solved the problem for me.

My Customs

The reasons why most of my customs are not updated yet:

1.)I'm lazy to do it because I have no motivation for it

2.)I'm not at my computer

3.)I'm working on a song that I haven't made it yet

4.)I don't have any song to work on it

Sigh.. nevermind guys. Turns out it is my guitar after all, I tried another one and the game worked perfectly. Weird, it worked just the other day. -_-

Thanks for the help guys :)

check if you have an active pickup on the guitar and swap out the 9v battery in the back. that should fix the problem if its an active pickup if not then its probably the pickups.

If it's not an active pickup that needs a new battery...

Does it happen in every pickup position? By seeing which pickups do and don't work, it can help you troubleshoot where the problem is in the wiring. You can also take off the pickguard and remove the input jack to see if there's a problem with one of your solder connections.
