I have a game on steam that auto updates occasionally when I log into steam, but I have not one time seen a steam auto update for Rocksmith. I have not seen Rocksmith updates online either. Has Rocksmith updated, if so how do you update it?

Rocksmith works great, I'm just curious if I can update it to fix any mistakes Ubisoft found.

@@bobbybrady123 i saw just once a little update on ps3 on uplay but not once on pc with steam tho. So i think almost everything works probably right.

I didn't have any problems except that audio recording thing...anyways. No i didn't seen any updates so far

Unless you change the setting, Steam automatically keeps Rocksmith updated.  I believe there have been at least 7 updates since the game came out, and the last one was a while ago.

You can check to see if Steam is auto-updating Rocksmith (or any game) by opening Steam, clicking on Library, and then right-clicking on Rocksmith and selecting "Properties".  There's a link for "Rocksmith Update History", but it doesn't actually show anything.

Ok thanks, I wanted to check for mistakes or new features like other games.

I just looked at mine and it shows is setup for auto update but the history just takes you to a listing of DLC packages you can buy.

The update history isn't always updated, often some games don't give out changelogs and some use it to promote DLC.
