Wierd tuning problem in RS Open-C

I've heard other people having problems with RS, but mine has been problem free until now. I have RS on both my desktop & laptop.
I only play RS on my laptop because it is hooked up to my big screen & soundbar.
The song Friends by Zeppelin is tuned in Open-C. When I bring this up on the desktop and go into tuning it is displayed correctly.
When I try playing this on the laptop the tuning is incorrect. I know this is on my end and has nothing to do with the song itself. 
I'm wondering if anyone else has ever seen this problem, or knows of a fix.
