My account is not logging in and need it fixed

I had my account for some time but recently I can't get on at all . Plus getting a second copy of rocksmith for Xbox soon. I any admin can help me then I will be happy to know.

    How did you create this account?

    If you can tell why it's happening then I will do my Part of the community by making one of the hardest songs I got but thanks to my contact with disturbed it's the combined version of remnants and asylum for a lot of players demand that.

    OK the last message was not me but my neighbor who happen to find my hidden stash of cdlc before that mess was sent. I only wrote "if you can tell me why it's happening then I will do my part of the community by" and left it there before he messed up the issue and thank you for seeing my mistake on leaving it open for a troll ruin this discussion . And I wanted to say is spread the word why it's happening and when it will be fixed for everyone. also the rumor of that request is true but I made that combined version before it went dlc, so I will have to hind it or destroy it forever .

    I already mentioned I would need to see a screenshot (picture) of the error message before I can fix anything.
