Ok, folks, big announcment coming:

For long time we were trying to force to play and stay in your classes. Wins, Rodman's Ranking and Die Hard Status were big incentives to keep you participating in your class, even if there is a song you dislike. But we ventured to the distant lands, we talked to some hobbits and we realized that we were doing something wrong. We realized that we left some people out of fun. Cause if you didn't cared about classes, you were simply forgotten. Awards are visible indication of being part of the community, and we know that in certain circumstances, in current way, some participants can be left with no chance for award. That had to change. And that changes now! I'm happy to introduce new award, the "Free Bird Award"! So what's the catch? This award will be earned only by "Free Bird" participants (after 2 weeks played, and taken after 2 weeks missed). In order to become you will have to give up all bonuses of being part of a class (victories, ranking places and DHM). But you will be able to play whichever song you want each week. Important - it applies to all paths at the same time.

FreeBird Participant rules:
0. FreeBird can`t to get any victories, crown trophies (Rodman' Ranking) and DHM (Die Hard Member)

1. Newcomer get's FBA (FreeBird Award) after participating 2 weeks in a row, if he/she did not choosed the class.
2. FBA is taken away if participant fails to post score two weeks in a row.

3. Regular participants are allowed to leave class and become FreeBird at any time.
3a. All awards are taken away.
3b. Name is moved to list "Free bird" under own class (same column, CCL)
4. Participant is allowed to return to his class (or higher) at any time.
5. Every Freebirds score is placed in class list as "0" (in separated rows), and if he/she return to their class, then marks are moved as well with name and "->>" symbol, to give auto DHM (score is 4 weeks in row, one miss allowed)
6. In leaderboard FreeBirds names are marked grey and ~

I hate myself for being so competitive, but did @@Lovroman actually get 98% or did someone mistype his score?  I know he's staff, and all, but still…  No doubt he'll come back and kick my arse anyway… :)

 

I only noticed because I've been finding it difficult to get anywhere near my previous score over the past couple of nights, but last night I finally managed an improvement (well, a couple, actually).  My best was when I managed to do a lot better in the bit I was totally getting wrong, but then the rest of the song fell apart, d'oh!:

RRd the whole thing for half an hour, this is the result

i'm satisfied (for now)

@@ShirooThis is the only part we made a bit easier to play. (And that's the note Motive added to the chart, should be on E9th, same note +1octave, but easier this way)

For the chords practice would help a lot :P , and make sense since this are 4 common chord forms (not hard) F#m, Dmaj7, E/G#, E (D-type)

@ Not only easy but and sounds more similar, bcs of possible play g6 sustain over a few next notes at E and B, that sounds in audio, if set speed to 50% and listen. I think this place need other, more good tone.

@ In your video playthrough much more gain in all tones then i conceived. Is your setting of gain default? Did you calibrate? My rate for such tones 6. :)

This one may be my final score.  It's not quite as high as I'd like, but I'm getting a little tired of the song at this point.  I might  try a few more runs tomorrow before going back to E standard tuning, but this is it for today.

Edit: Just noticed I only have a 532 streak instead of 533, but still 100% accuracy... Does an early/late note break the streak, but not count as a miss for the purpose of accuracy or something?  And wouldn't that have had to been on the first note of the song to still have a 532 streak (which I'm pretty sure didn't happen)?  So weird.

I don't have that much of a gain :) The tones sounds better in my Rocksmith ;)

Was working last night so I missed a few things, happy birthday @@Bruce Force (I always wonder if this is British National treasure, Bruce Forsythe's chat handle /ponder, that'd be kinda fun having a million year old celebrity showing us how it's done ;) .) and well done on reaching an important landmark @@Rodman, it's great having this place to keep record of our goals and achievement's and great that you haven't missed a day :) hope you both have had excellent days and more to come! :)

My cousin, leaving floor above me, has a she-cat, and you know what time of the year now is. Usually cats are not crying (it sounds like baby crying) under my window, but last night... That's freakin' annoying, as there is no other love interest for them in the neighborhood. And you want window open cause it's warm :lol:
