Having a bit of a slow week, works starting to pile up and I'm away all weekend so not a lot of time for guitar unfortunately.

Fun song to play, 3 random silly misses in this run but I think I can mark this one down as learned and move on.

Going to try and tackle the new Asylum of Glass version tomorrow.

 

 moving fingers off and on the strings sounds like a charity car washer using her boobs to squeejee a windscreen. 3-4 in difficulty. nice floaty bit at the beginning, nice widdley technical bit to keep it a bit fun then some beefy " ONE NOTE! BASS SOLO!" *puts foot on monitor and shakes her head at it* shenannigary. Overall. Fun as a box of frogs :)​

 it's a tad medieval with a hint of 70's car key sex party... pass the horses doofers!

Groovy... can't say I have ever hosted such an event, not having a car scuppers that kind of soiree :) you're sure to be disappointed as I am only quoting from what I heard, not from experience ;) we can jam though! :D

I have to update my tab rating for the old version of Asylum of glass from 7 to 6.

There was more wrong stuff than thought. Noticed that by correcting it.

I was in RR till I didn't know how to play it :)

That is a my score with old tabs. Will update to new version and try it soon. I've participated last time at week 35, so I think I'm now entering as a newcomer (without any predefined class or something else).

And an update with some practice and new tabs (+2 percent). New version is much better and harder with all this chords, and a big plus is moving a second melody from 16 fret up, that plays a lot easier there, but I'm still can't play HO/POs at the end. Great work! And it seems I need to choose a class -- so I want to be in Intermediate.

*Unfortunately it was the facecam video I was doing(I do them seperate mostly because capturing the screen is a beast in itself, and I dont want to forget anything), and I was quite surprised, you'll see my frustration after the solo, and my surprise at the end.

earlier that day google search made me stumble upon the CS google docs sheet, having no idea that CF and CDLCs existed by then... hovever took me about 2 minutes to know i was at home, instantly purchaed RS14, blew the dust from my old SG, created an account and didn´t miss a week since then........ and here i am about exactly 356 hours of RS, a few guitars  :D  :lol:  and 2 basses  :lol:  :D  later to say thx for the fun, the community and for pushing me to a level i would never have reached without @you-all and that contest. Still feels unbelievable to load e.g. one of the Maiden dlcs and be able to play along at an acceptable level...

 

Yeah - has been an awesome year, and everyone who knows me might guess... i am not going nowhere. B)

Also I practiced To Cry You A Song lead path, real fun this song, but I found at least in the first solo part 2 little sections to fix, so my rating for the tab would be 9, well tabbed but not perfect.
