There are no cDLC files that are in .bin format. RS2014 customs are .psarc files, and RS1 customs are .dat files.

If you're downloading .bin files then you're either a) Downloading the wrong file in the list or b ) The charter/user has uploaded an incorrect file.

For Mac, you need the "_m.psarc" files. If the charter hasn't uploaded a Mac version you can download the Windows version ("_p.psarc") and convert it using the Toolkit.

You can find some helpful instructions for getting the Toolkit to work on Mac here: http://customsforge.com/topic/10547-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/

Thanks, it seems i was downloading via my mobile phone and the browser was seeing them as .bin files but the same files on mac browser are indeed psarc files so i just shouldnt use my mobile.

It doesnt answer the question why, of course, but it doesnt matter now.
