Is my CDLC ready to upload?

I've posted a work in development in the Workshop section and I think it's about ready to upload.  Do I wait for feedback, or just submit it?

 

This is my first CDLC, so I'm just checking what the protocol is.

    There is no need to wait for feedback, if you think it's ready, just submit it.

     

    Here's a quick checklist though:

     

    - Sections

    - Good sync

    - Good tones/tone changes

    - Leading silence

    - WORKS!

    Thanks... the answers to those questions are yes, seems ok, sounds ok to my ears, yes, and does for me on my Mac... so I'll put it up and await constructive criticism.
