I've recently expanded into trying to create my own rocksmith CDLC. The only problem for me is that I can't install wwise to be able to ultimately complete and upload anything I've worked on. I get some 'C++ failed to..' Do something I don't remember '...unable to contact server.' Error message on every install attempt.

In short, I was wondering if anyone on here who has wwise would be willing to do that step for me (I'll email you all the files I've got) and send me back the new .wem files and all that, that I need. Then I can do the rest. Or, if anyone could otherwise help me successfully get wwise for myself, that would be much appreciated.

Cheers.

damn it so easy now to do that step with wwise, all you need is install C++ redist 2013 I guess, It's linked on wwise DL page in case you've missed it.. install it and all'll be fine

So I got that, like you said. Still says

"Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 - Failed to download or copy package: The attempt to connect to the server failed."

Same as it ever was. :/

@@Alex360, I'm not sure what it is. My internet is stable, and I've installed  Microsoft Visual C++ directly from microsoft like the link you posted. Yet, I'm still getting the same issue.
