Hey, is there any quick way to remove ghost notes (change them to normal notes) without having to go through the whole song and changing them individually?

There are options to remove effects from notes (rather than toggling them) in EoF, so you can do it by selecting every note in the song via Ctrl+A, then going to Note -> Pro Guitar -> Remove Ghost (near the bottom).

You'd need to do this for every difficulty of every arrangement you wanted to change but otherwise that would do the trick.
