Certain CDLC not starting

Most CDLC work fine on my PC, but there are some that will not start.  Chiquitita by ABBA is one of these.  I'm not sure what to do about it.

    Read the comments for the CDLC that isn't working for you to see if others are having problems.  The ABBA song, for example, is causing problems for other users as well.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
