Congrats to all the winners. Any 100% worth mentioning? Yes, @@Azrael at Beginner bass and @@albatross213 at Advanced bass.

We've got video! @@albatross213 made

!

The songs for this week are:

Tribute to B.B. King:

Guitar: B.B. King - Chains and Things
 Lead Path:

Beginner: N/A
Intermediate: George Baker Selection - Little Green Bag (Chosen by @@Latsch )
Advanced: Gary Moore - The Loner (Kaijin's version) (Chosen by @@Kaijin )
Masterclass: Rush - Working Man (Chosen by @@Choaralaone )

Rhythm Path:

Beginner: Joachim Deutschland - Ich tu was ich will (Chosen by @ )
Intermediate: Rush - Working Man
Advanced: Gary Moore - The Loner (Kaijin's version)
Masterclass: N/A

Bass Path:

Anoucement! We initially wanted to add new bass class, but that was probably bad idea. We are satisfied with current 4 class model, and that class (or Beg) could stay empty. But we still want 5th bass song, so let's do it this way: Each week we will have one additional song for one of the lower 3 classes. At the end of the week there will be two winners declared. And @@Rodman will add points to his leaderboard for each song (so there will be double points in that class). Let's try it that way, we'll see if it works how it should.

Beginner: Gary Moore - The Loner (Kaijin's version)

Beginner 2: Joachim Deutschland - Ich tu was ich will
Intermediate: A.J. Croce - So in Love
Advanced: George Baker Selection - Little Green Bag
Masterclass: King Crimson - 21st Century Schizoid Man

(Frippchen's version here - it should be same)

Share with us your opinion on this weeks songs difficulty scores (1-10).

Honorable list Diehard men:

Playing in their class 4 weeks in row, one pass allowed (they have preference when choosing a song from song selection list for next week).

P.s. Please, see changes in Championship Class Lists!

Have fun!

@@albatross213, I love all the songs from B.B., so it would be hard for me to advise where to start.... perhaps others can give you better advice on that.... his major hits you probably are already familiar with them, like "The Thrill is Gone", which is a RS ODLC and it's one of his songs I love the most.

In moments like this we should not mourn but remember what good B.B. King has gave us. So since now, through whole next week, we're going to pay tribute to King himself playing one of his songs:

Tribute to B.B. King:

Guitar: B.B. King - Chains and Things

PS. It will be placed in sheet for next week.

Excellent idea and excellent song choice, thanks. :D

I think that will be the first time one of my customs is played in the CS. Nice. ;)

Maybe I'll even post a score.

Hello, I just tried the Bernixix's version, and I don't see a real imrovement for guitar players...

So I keep going on the 1st one.

But I must say the Bernixix's one is very fun to play and have vocals wich is cool...

Anyway here is my little (green) improvment lol :http://i58.tinypic.com/w8rxcg.png

@@Aludog You'll be more than welcome is all I can say, dude! I'm eager to play some of your selections for the Championship yet ^^

@@steroma I don't really know if there is room for improvement still on guitar, what I did was bringing together rythm + lead from a gpfile. Never played Sirandok's version on guitar so I don't even know if their are identical :)

Little Green Bag on bass 92.18%

"Like a bird on the wire, Like a drunk in a midnight choir, I have tried in my own way to be free" Leonard Cohen - RIP

Tobias Bass VI      SG shaped Bass VI     Hollow Acoustic Thunderbird 5     Hollow Archtop Bass VI

Harlequin Hollow Archtop Bass     Hollow Toby Bass VI     Starcaster Bass     A trio of hollow archtops (new)

I just happened to play through Cities on Flame by the BOC. Remember the one we postponed until update? well @jbroch did and awesome work with the newest update, I just had a blast playing it (and of course gettin' my arsse kicked haha). But seriously really well done guys (I heard things that pass through the hands of @manchot66 turn into gold. And, hell, they say right!). Are we playing this anytime soon, @Mortalo? ^^

I fell in work during the week, landing quite heavily on my ring finger, bending it right back.  Luckily, it's my right hand, and it's not broken so I've made a bit of a recovery and I've been able to play today, but it does hurt!  Unfortunately, I'm right handed, so I can't do much else - but I don't really care, I'm just glad I didn't land on my left hand.

This song was fun to play this week. Liked the additional bass song addition. Wanted to get over 90 but not enough time this week, will work on this one some more later. Thanks!

I think I've peaked:

Because I'm so disappointed with my score on this, that I'm actually trying to LEARN it:
