Error in XML Document (23,93)?

I am getting this error message when trying to generate CDLC in the toolkit. Error in XML Document at line 23 character 93. Does anyone know what is might be causing this? Thanks.

The fastest way to find out what it is would be to open the file in a text editor, go to line 23, column 93 and see what's there. Or if you want, you can post the file here and somebody could take a look at it.
