So I made my first CDLC for rocksmith and this slide is not showing in rocksmith, any idea how to fix that? :)

It looks like ghost notes.

 

Click on the chord and press N.

 

Untick all the Ghost note boxes.

If the slide doesn't have an end note defined (maybe that's why there is a question mark?)

 

Click the note

Press CTRL+UP (or down if you're sliding down)

enter the end note for the lowest note in the chord.
