can't access ignition

Created my account and was able to view the search tool earlier, but now it keeps asking me to login even though i'm already logged in. Read the FAQ and it says i may need to verfiy my email, but i never recieved an email to do so. Checked in my junk folder as well and nothing. Can anyone help?
