when i start the game the songs preview perfectly and it goes to the tuning screen to tune for the song even the authentic tones work but when i try to play the song it locks up and i have to force close it please help

 

also i already downloaded the software to see if any was corrupted and none of them were

You need the .dll file (Windows only) or RSInjector (Mac only) and you need to purchase Cherub Rock (official DLC).
