CDLC doesn´t work

Hello,
I downloaded songs from Pink Floyd and put them in a folder DLC.
After starting the game I discovered the song, but when I start a song the whole game freezes.
Does anybody know what?

    Hello, i have a problem with rocksmith, especially with the D3DX9_42 file... i know there are 2 types of it, but smaller is the right one to play cdlc, but if i replace this D3DX9_42 with the other one, the bigger one, rocksmith doesnt start at all, it says ''rocksmith.exe'' stopped working... how can i fix it?
