MP3 Waveform Off

I'm having some issues with the waveform. I've noticed that it doesn't exactly start at the beginning of the graph, and instead seems to be off by about 1 second. Is there anyway to fix this issue?

 

It is also causing my notes to be off as well.

    Generally the graph will only be inaccurate if you use the change OGG feature, in which case it would refer to the old OGG file.  This was intentional, but updating the graph should be as easy as hitting F5 to turn the graph off, then F5 again to recreate the graph.  If that's not the problem, I'll need the project file and any related audio files for testing.
