question about RS toolkit

when i open up converter.....i,m using a pc,,,

what should the platform source say ,,, and target source say???

i don,t know if i changed this or not???

    Source is for selecting current  cdlc platform, target is for what destination platform you need if you at pc you don't really need this  converter thing, because main dl is for pc platform
