Custom tuning help

So i am trying to make a song which is originally played on a 7 string guitar in B standard.

 

When i get to the point of making the cdlc in the toolkit, and change the tuning to B standard, nothing happens when i try it ingame...

 

I did notice that it says "E standard" in EoF, but does that matter?
